Description

Enjoy Bangkok at night on a 2 hour dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River. See two of the city’s top attractions — the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun) and the Grand Palace — illuminated after dark, and feast on a variety of Thai and International dishes. An onboard band provides musical entertainment.

After being pick up from your central Bangkok hotel (if Option chosen) by air-conditioned minivan, head to the waterfront to board the luxurious riverboat that will take you on a leisurely ride along the mighty Chao Phraya River, the largest Thai river that flows through the city and into the Gulf of Thailand.

Once you’ve boarded the boat, settle into a seat in either the boat’s comfortable, warmly furnished dining room or on the open-air top deck. Watch the brightly lit Bangkok skyline glide by from your table or take a stroll around the boat admiring the sites from all angles. Cruise slowly along the river, passing under bridges and right in front of two of Bangkok’s most famous riverfront landmarks — the Temple of Dawn, known as Wat Arun, a Buddhist temple that dates back to the 17th century, and the Grand Palace, the official residence of the King of Thailand (and historically the King of Siam) since the late 1700s.

When you’re ready to eat, head to the Buffet which has a large variety of delicious Thai and International dishes and desserts. Your meal is accompanied by a live band and other local entertainers.

Your evening ends back at River City Pier where you first boarded the boat after which you'll be transferred back to your hotel (if Option chosen).
